Children spent most of their time with their parents and they can easily pick up your habits too—they can pick both good or bad. Children are great observers, showing care and love to your kid that you care about them by sharing these nuggets of health advice will make them more confident and honest. Having food on time and having a high fiber diet can make them more active and healthy.

Pick enjoyable physical activities

Not every kid loves sports. Some may dread dance class some music or sculpting. But if they see you being active and find involve in physical activities they enjoy, staying healthy and active becomes easy. It may possible they may very likely carry their love of these activities into later life. As a parent, you should encourage your kid to choose any activity in which they may perform best. Encourage them to a range of physical activities like swimming, badminton, archery, or gymnastics. They’re bound to find something they enjoy most.

Read every day

Developing reading skills is an essential part of your child’s success in school now, and at work later in life. Reading helps build a child’s self-esteem and confidence, relationships with parents and others, and success in overall later life. A school helps to adapt all these good habits. A child who adapts reading routine at early age finds it is easier to adapt at school. Once they enrolled in a school at the right age, then their textbooks, homework, on the board given by the teacher all include and encourage reading. Hence, going through these multiple and different kinds of things will help them vastly with their learning skills. Firstly parents should narrate some good moral story to them. Gradually they develop reading habits sometimes with the help of course books and maybe a storybook or anything reading some positive text is important no matter reading something online or reading a book.
