Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bachpan Play School is dedicated to providing the best early childhood education and care to our students across 1200+ branches in over 400 cities. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the branch office where the admission was processed. The request should include the student’s name, admission number, and reason for the cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

The franchise fee is non-refundable once the franchise agreement has been signed. This fee covers the cost of training, support, and other initial setup services provided by Bachpan Play School.

Bachpan Play School is not liable for refunds or compensations in cases of events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or any other events beyond the control of the institution.

Bachpan Play School reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and franchise partners via official communication channels and updated on our official website.
